the location is superb. the city center is very close, i enjoyed a car park just one minute away. fran and the team at reception were wonderfully cute and helpful, providing plenty of useful information.
I noticed very slight street noise on one night. i used earplugs. It wasn't a major problem, but worth noting.

the kitchen has coffee and cookies available upon arrival, a nice touch. there are many dining options close by, and it is easy to find restaurants and shops around the apartment.
